Staging is actually a super effective way to warm up empty spaces, make flaws less noticeable, and enable buyers see themselves living happily and beautifully in a property. Even fully furnished houses can benefit from some subtle staging, such as rearranging furniture layouts, strategically replacing certain furniture pieces, or adding art to fill in empty walls. With a typical commission structure, we generally share in the cost of staging or pay it in full.
